Macie’s Birthday Dinner

After school, we hung out at Grandma and Grandpa’s house until it was time to go eat.  Macie was deciding between Acapulco and McDonalds.  Thankfully, she picked McDonalds.  She remembered that you could sit outside, feed the ducks, play on the playground, and get the cherry from the top of the dessert.  Thankfully, we were able to do all of those things despite the rainstorm.  She ordered a pancake meal (at a Mexican restaurant).  We told them it was her birthday, so they came out and sang to her.  They put a big sombrero on her head and then started smearing whipped cream all over her face.  It was really cute and funny, but I wasn’t sure how she would handle it.  Thankfully, she was a good sport.  It is safe to say that Macie had a wonderful 6th birthday!  She is already talking about her next one.  Slow down baby, slow down!
